Located on the edge of Paris, right before Montreuil, Montreuil’s flea market is the closest to a medieval marketplace one can find in Paris. When walking between the different stands, images from Victor Hugo’s books spring up. A wide variety of people present their inventories, usually used clothes and second-hand artifacts, on top of shaggy, old sheets and rugs. You won’t find the famous Parisian delicacy and good-taste here, but if you’re trying to hunt for undiscovered treasures, you might consider starting here.
Opening hours: Everyday 7:00 am – 9:00 pm
